The Central University of Kashmir average package is not out yet. However, the median package is released in the NIRF report 2023. As per the report, the median package for UG (3-year) courses has been fluctuating from 2020 to 2022 drives, whereas, an improving trend was recorded in BVA/ BA BEd and BA LLB courses. For PG (2-year) courses, the median package has been constant over the past three years. Take a look at the below table for Central University of Kashmir placement package trends:

According to unofficial online sources, a large share of the Central University of Kashmir alumni are working in the Education sector with a 26% share. - M.Sc. ZOOLOGY : B.Sc. in Zoology (studied in 10+2+3 system) with Botany and Chemistry/Biochemistry as subsidiary subjects or any subject under Life Sciences with Zoology as a Major/Core/ Equal Optional subject with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate and also in the concerned subject seperately, from a recognised University. Up to 5% relaxation in the minimum requirement of marks is granted to SC/ST candidates.The candidates should not have completed 25 years of age as on 01.07.2022.
