The salary packages offered by universities, including CUK, can vary significantly based on factors such as the job position, the level of the faculty or staff role, years of experience, academic qualifications, and other relevant considerations.

Universities typically have a structured salary scale based on government regulations or university policies. Faculty members with higher academic qualifications and experience may receive higher salary packages compared to entry-level faculty or administrative staff.
