MCE - Meenakshi College of Engineering is well established institute.

JSPM - TSSM’s Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering and Research has a good placement record for its students. The college claims that 80% of students are placed in various companies, with an average salary package of INR 6,50,000. Some of the main companies that visit the college for placements include Amazon, Mahindra Tech, Samsung, IBM, Tata, Spyder, FACE, Godrej, ZENsar, and Pepsico. In 2023, the college had 170 offers made by top recruiters, with 60 offers between INR 4 LPA and INR 12 LPA. The highest package offered was INR 25 LPA for IT branches.

Yes, SGU offer better placements than KIT's IMER. Placement rates at SGU are reportedly above 90% for a several of programmes, including the MBA and B.Tech. Depending on the programme and area of expertise, the average package ranges from INR 3.10 LPA to 5.50 LPA. Their success is attributed to their strong industry connections and specialised placement cell.
Over 80% of students who applied to KIT's IMER were placed. A package typically costs between INR 3 and 4 LPA. In general, KIT's IMER fees are less than those at SGU.The market demand may favour some specialisations within a programme over others in terms of placement opportunities

According to, the college offers 7 B.Tech specializations for engineering aspirants. The duration of the B.Tech courses is 4 years. The admission process for B.Tech courses is based on MHT-CET, MHT CET, JEE Main exams. However, I could not find any information on the maximum number of students that can enroll in the B.Tech program.
