Yes, you can get direct admission to Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore). The college offers only BTech, MTech, and Diploma courses. Admission to diploma courses is not based on scores obtained in any entrance exams. Admission to BTech and MTech courses at the college is mainly based on scores obtained in JEE Main and GATE exams, respectively. But, there are some seats reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore) offers Engineering courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
UG:
At the UG level, the institute offers only BTech courses. Admission to the courses is based on the scores obtained in either the COMEDK UGET or KCET exam. To be eligible for any course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% in class 12th in a relevant stream from any recognized board.

Yes, you can get admission to Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore) for B.E. / B.Tech without the COMEDK UGET exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Eligible candidates will also have to appear for the KCET exam (if not appearing for the COMEDK UGET exam) and score valid marks to secure admission to the course. The college also has some seats reserved for direct admission under the management quota.
