Greetings,
78 percentile is quite low for getting through MMS programme in any of the mentioned colleges. You can try for PGDM course in Indira. Chetna, MET, IES close on higher scores even for PGDM.

Of course, IIT Bombay is far better than any college. Since, it is a government reputed college, we all know. It has everything that one dreams of. If one is getting admission in this college this means that your life has now get the direction for good future provided he/she perform well. It is better and have every facilities you need. No, it is a decent option. Go for a college with an established brand name and a college, which has a good industry interface. In Pune, you can go for colleges like:
1. NIBM.
2. PIBM.
3. BIMM.
4. Symbiosis.

Yes, you'll easily get admission in this college with this percentile. However, this is a tier 2 college and the placement is average, not that great. Take your decision wisely.
