Hello friend, Both are the decent. But among them Ramaiya is good one. AIMS is better for finance then HR.If it is possible you can check PIBM, Pune. (my suggestion).

Unfortunately, the above mentioned colleges no longer accept MAT scores. MAH-CET CMAT and CAT are the only entrance exams scores accepted for a MS course at these institutes.

College is mostly holistic study oriented. You will get proper exposure to all business related concepts. Learning styles like case study, site visits, presentations, profile based and personality development,guest lectures are used. Avg package is around 8-12 lacs.
