Hi Ankit,
Xavier Institute of Communication is the best college in Mumbai for a PGD in advertising and marketing course. Apart from this, there is Peal Academy, EMDI Institute and Livewires Media Institute which are also good options in Mumbai.

Dalmia considers 50% academics and 50% on CET for PGDM
So prepare well for GDPI
