Hello, your academic score is very good. In the selection process, the maximum weightage is being given to this criteria. Apart from that your work experience is your plus point. You have quite good chances of selection.
The parameter weightage is as under:-
Qualifying entrance test percentile -35%.
Academics (X,XII, Graduation and Post-Graduation) + Group Discussion and Personal Interview + Sports, Extra-Curricular activities awards and achievements at District, National, International level, Academic diversity etc.-65%.
