The fee structure of SIBM Pune includes the hostel fees. As the hostel is situated within the campus itself, a number of facilities are available for the students. For more details, please visit SIBM Pune's official website, www.sibmpune.edu.
NMIMS doesn't offer hostel facilities for the students. Accommodation can be sought by the students in the city. Hence, hostel fees are not included in the total fees of NMIMS.

No, you cannot apply in any of these institutes after the CAT examination. The applications are now closed for each of the three institutes.

Both the institutes are really good. Being a student Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, I would be able to provide you a better information about SPJIMR. Hello Siddharth,
To pursue MBA from IITs, you need to write CAT. For the private colleges, you need to appear for the specified entrance tests (if available) or else they would also accept based on scores in top exams like CAT, MAT, and XAT etc.
So, for private colleges you need to verify the admission procedures carefully.

It does but has a little weighage during your interview round only. If you have a very good score then it is good for you else you might be asked why. Moreover, you need to maintain a minimum of 70% in your graduation as for some colleges it is one of the criteria but it may differ also.
