As per the recent notification from DTE, apart from Maharashtra-MBA CET score only CAT and CMAT score will be considered for CAP process. You can check the detailed notification from the below link:

Dear Gaurav,
Every year, thousands of students get admission in IIT-B for different courses. Do you really think that those thousands of students get hostel from the college itself? No! Firstly, you need to apply for hostel separately and then you will be allotted the room in hostel (if rooms were left). Else you have to manage your accommodation by yourself.

The GD/PI is pretty basic and one can crack it if one is up to date with all the things happening around in technology, business and politics space. Coming to your score, you should have an above average GD/PI with respect to others if you want to get through. Also, please consider giving other entrance exams as well to be safe.
