You may be able to pursue BMM without any problem provided you justify your gap of one year that you've take for class 12th. Not every university prefers to have a candidate with repetitive class. I think institutes give Admission to tuition Fee waiver seats only through counselling. Management quota seats don't have TFW category seats.You should approach them and talk to them regarding this. You will get best answer from Institute only.

It's really heartening to know your desire to complete your education. I think there are ways and means. Mumbai University allows external candidates meaning they will not supply you with any study material but allow you to appear for exam along with normal college going students. You can check with your college for this.
