Radboud Encouragement Scholarship can be availed by international students who are facing financial struggles to pay the tuition fee at the university. The Radboud Encouragement Scholarship is for students pursuing an English-taught Master’s program at the university. The scholarship covers the full tuition fee and the cost of living in the Netherlands. Additionally, the scholarship also covers the cost of a visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance. The Radboud Encouragement Scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship offered by the university and students are encouraged to pass in all courses during their first year to stay eligible for the second year as well. A total of 11 Radboud Encouragement Scholarships are offered under the Faculty of Arts, Medical Science, Theology and Religious Studies, Faculty of Science, Social Science, and a few others.

The university offers a total of 18 Radboud Scholarships under the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Law, Nijmegen School of Management, Faculty of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies, Faculty of Social Science, and Science. Students who are eligible for the scholarship must pass all courses during their first year to qualify for the grant again in the second year. The Radboud Scholarship program cannot be combined with other scholarships offered at the university.
