The university is also ranked by QS 2026 at #147 for World University Ranking category. The university ranking for QS at World University Ranking level for 2025 was #53. This shows that the university's position has witnessed a declining trend this year. ARWU (Shanghai Ranking) also ranks the university #69. US News has ranked the university #75 in 2025. There is no requirement to take any standardized tests, such as the SAT, ACT, GMAT, or GRE, for Wageningen University due to its entrance test-optional policy. However, submitting these scores may significantly improve students' chances of getting an offer letter from WUR.
