Hello,
Yes, you are eligible and there is no age criteria for M.Tech. I seriously recommend you to start preparing for gate and if you score below AIR 200, then you will be having a good chance in joining the IITs.

If you are aiming top B- schools, then its 95+%.
On an average, if you somehow manage to score 80%-90% also, there are many good colleges which you can go for.
