Kalinga University does not require a CUET exam for admission to its B.Sc program. To be eligible, candidates need to have passed 12th grade with a minimum of 40% marks and pass the university's entrance exam, KALSEE. 

Kalinga University and Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus (SSTC) have different strengths. 

 Some say Kalinga University is a good option for higher studies, with a nice campus and well-maintained gardens. 

 Others say the university has good teachers, and the computer lab is good. 

 SSTC is an engineering college that some say is the best in Chhattisgarh.
