The highest salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA-12 LPA, while the average salary package offered ranges between 1 LPA-4 LPA. Placements: Companies are visiting the campus nowadays for placements. During our tenure, placements were not available for CSE students. However, we have participated in open campus drives, which were held in private colleges. Many students attended and got selected in open campus drives.

Placements: There is a TPO cell in GEC, Raipur. It is quite new. Don't expect high-paying jobs from the college. Placements are average, and they are not good for core branches. CSE students might get placed. You have to prepare for GATE or other government exams to get placed in core companies. Otherwise, you can get a marketing or sales job through campus placements.

Infrastructure: All the classrooms are equipped with A/Cs and projectors. As IIT Bhilai took over the campus, GEC is restricted to only one building. All the hostels are taken over by IIT Bhilai, so there are no hostel facilities for GECians. Wi-Fi facility is available, and the library is quite good and huge.
