Reserved Seats:
40% of the seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates and Christian candidates (other than SC/ST).

Normally, to get admission into an MBA programme at Xavier stitute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, candidates must have completed their 12th. However, achieving 60% in 12th class is not a factor for getting admissions at XISS Ranchi as the minimum score required varies depending on the specific entrance exams (like CAT or CMAT). Hi, Gaining admission to XISS (Xavier Institute of Social Service) is neither a piece of cake nor a walk on hot coals. XISS accepts scorecards from CAT, XAT, and CMAT. The percentile requirements may be low, and you may apply; however, possessing a certain charisma, focus, and charm could make it easier for you. The RM and HRM courses are brilliant and well-recognized by the industry. The course structure is really good, and so is the faculty. So, in short, if you are focused and able to effectively showcase your skills and knowledge during the GD/PI, then yes, it can be relatively easy.
