No one cannot get a direct admission. Entrance exam is required for any direct admission. JEE MAINS is conducted by the CBSE board in India for admission to B.Tech programmes and many private universities in India provide direct admission to B.Tech programmes through marks of class 12th. In any case, the minimum percentage that can be admitted is not fixed and depends on the university. There is an option for Direct Admission for students who secure a particular percentage as per the Bahra University policy.

The mean and standard deviation for Part-A in UCEED 2023 are 42.80 and 22.05. Which means the percentile should be above 75. Even though the 75 percentile might increase if the exam which conducted is easy. Note that the Part-B answer booklets will be evaluated only if the candidate meets the Part-A cutoff. If the candidate fails to meet the cutoff in Part-A, then the Part-B answer booklet will not be evaluated. The cutoff might vary every year depending on the difficulty of the exam.
