Hello Tolstoy Lazarus,
As per NEET cut-off 2019, candidates belonging to UR category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET 2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify.

If you have well admiration and passion for marine engineering it will be going to be ok otherwise don't join. Let me explain Marine engineering course is not like other engineering branch.
