IIIT Bangalore and NIT Trichy both offer admission to the M.Tech course on the basis of a valid GATE score, followed by a GATE Counselling process. Talking about the 2023 last-round cutoff, the closing rank for M.Tech in CSE was 480 at IIIT Bangalore. For NIT Trichy, the last round closing score was 637 for the same course and specialisation. Analysing the last round cutoff data, IIIT Bangalore was more competitive for M.Tech in the CSE course than NIT Trichy.

IIM Trichy admission to the management course is based on CAT scores, followed by WAT, GD & PI porcess. IIM Trichy accepts both qualifying CAT cutoff and final CAT cutoff for admission. However, the institute do not release CAT cutoffs in the public domain and are exclusively accessible only via account login to candidates who have appeared for the exam. Considering the previous year cutoff trends, the estimated CAT 2023 cut off percentiles for IIM Trichy will range between 94 and 95 for the General category students. 

On the basis of IIM admission criteria 2023, IIM Trichy qualifying CAT cutoff 2022 was 93 for the General category

IIM Trichy accepts CAT as the primary exam for MBA admissions, and it does not release CAT cutoffs in the public domain. The cutoffs are exclusively accessible only via account login to candidates who have appeared for the CAT exam. To check IIM Trichy CAT cutoff 2023, candidates must visit the official website of IIMCAT and login through their registered ID and password. CAT 2023 registration has closed. The last date to apply for CAT 2023 exam was Sep 21. Further, CAT exam 2023 is expected to be held on Nov 26.

The qualifying CAT cutoff of IIM Trichy is the minimum percentile that candidates must meet to be eligible for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round while the final CAT cutoff is the percentile that candidates must obtain to participate in the WAT/GD-PI round. The former is released with the admission criteria of the institute before the CAT exam while the latter is released after the declaration of CAT result. Also, the final CAT cutoff is always higher than the qualifying cutoff.

There are multiple components included in the total course fee such as tuition fee, security deposit, accommodation, food, etc. Indian Institute of Management, Trichy fee for the EDPM course is INR 10 lakh  (excluding the accommodation and food).
