Hlo Saurabh, Syllabus is totally different. B.Sc. Is the study of sciences whereas B.Tech. ( Bachelor of technology) is the study of technology. B.Tech. Is more practical based on creative designing whereas in B.Sc. Is about knowing and learning Science theoretically more. B.Tech is a professional degree in engineering.

Hello! Kashika Singh, unfortunately no agency is giving out this data. Of course, number of seats available depends on host of other factors like, vacant seats at admission in first year, number of students who failed in first year etc. But knowing that large number of seats in engineering colleges are not getting filled up, I visualize that all students seeking lateral admission will get it
Best wishes to you.
