Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) - Batch of 2027
4.2
A perfect resonance between academics and extracurricular activities.
Placements: From a final year student's point of view, this college has built a strong reputation in Pharma education across North India and the Delhi NCR region. The overall environment is quite job-oriented and along with academics there is a clear focus on improving communication skills which really help in building confidence for placement. Opportunities are available in different domains so it's not limited to just one type of role.
Infrastructure: The campus itself is green and spacious with large lawns that give a nice atmosphere for sports. There are proper facilities including cricket and football grounds as well as badminton courts.
Faculty: One thing I personally feel strongly about is the teaching quality. There are no compromises on the fact that all faculty members are knowledgeable and genuinely interested in teaching. They explain topics in a way that focuses on understanding rather than just completing the syllabus.
Other: The student crowd is quite diverse while most students are from Delhi NCR. You may also find people from Bihar and other states, the gender ratio is fairly balanced.

It is a decent college with a sound academic culture and a flavor of extracurricular activities.
Placements: From my experience as a 4th-semester student, placements here are quite decent. Even an average student who is consistent with studies and basic skills usually manages to get placed in the final semester. The average package offered ranges from 3.5-4 LPA, especially in roles like production, QA-QC, product management, medical coding, sales, and marketing. The placement cell is active and keeps students informed about drives and opportunities. One of the highlights is the NIYUKTI job fest, which is conducted every year, where a good number of companies participate and help in exposure and networking.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good enough for academic purposes, and it is not of a luxury level. It is definitely practical and student-friendly. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Labs are well-equipped, which helps in proper practical learning. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls, with AC and non-AC options. Girls have both in-campus and outside campus hostels, while boys' hostels are outside campus. The canteen is quite decent with affordable snacks like samosas, idli, shakes, etc. It also has Nescafé and CCD outlets inside the campus, which is a plus point for hanging out.
Faculty: Faculty members here are one of the strong points. All teachers focus more on concept clarity rather than just finishing the syllabus. They are approachable and helpful if we are willing to learn. The course curriculum follows PCI guidelines, so it is standard and relevant. The college follows a semester system with three internal exams (sessional), out of which the best two are considered for internal marks. This actually reduces pressure a bit and gives a fair chance to improve. Final exams are conducted by AKTU as end-semester exams.

Lloyd College offers modern infrastructure, good education and active academic events.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was found to be 10 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Sunpharma, IQVIA, Dr Reddy's, etc. And about 65% of my batch's students got an internship in Earth's Soul company, Greater Noida.
Infrastructure: The labs are well-maintained, but some still need a little bit of polishing. The library often has books limited to students of specific courses. Books, such as novels, should be made available to students from each course. The canteens are great and provide a lot of variety in food. There is a limitation in medical facilities. Sports aren't much involved in our curriculum.
Faculty: The teacher is good and helps us clear our doubts for several subjects. They are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant as it teaches us all the necessary skills for being a pharmacist. The semester exams, however, are very difficult because of the checking system of the answer sheet by the university. The pass percentage is 75% of students.
Other: I chose this course because I have a deep interest in the human body and how medicine really shows its effects inside our body. The best things about my course are that, they teach about the aspects of drugs (medicine in pharmaceutical language), and makes us work in labs and experiments with chemicals. I wish this course could improve in adding more extracurricular activities and more events where we can get more exposure to industries. There are very few events. The campus crowd is okay, but we really want extracurricular activities so that our college life can be interesting.

It is a good place to start our pharmacy journey.
Placements: The placement cell is active throughout the year and keeps students engaged with different activities like interview practice, aptitude sessions, and communication training. These things actually help when sitting in a real interview. One thing I personally find useful is the exposure through campus drive, and there is a fest named NIYUKTI, where multiple companies visit at once. It creates more options, especially for students targeting roles in production, quality control, or sales. Packages are generally average in the beginning, which is quite normal for pharmacy, but students who work on their skills can definitely aim higher.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise, the college gives a professional and study-oriented vibe. Labs are properly set up, and practicals are taken seriously, which is important because pharmacy is not just theory-based. We actually get to work with instruments and understand processes instead of just memorizing them. Classrooms are comfortable. The overall campus is neat and well-managed. The library is one of the most useful places, especially during exams. It has a focused environment where we can actually set and study without distractions.
Faculty: Faculty members here are quite reliable in academics. What I liked is that they don't hesitate to repeat topics or clear doubts, even if it takes extra time. Exams here are not something we can manage overnight. There are internal, practical exams and viva happening regularly, so we have to stay in touch with our subjects. The checking is fair, and if we are regular, scoring is not very difficult.

Spilling the truth of my second home: Lloyd.
Placements: I think about placement and infrastructure. The placement support is decent and improving year by year. The college does make genuine efforts to prepare students for placement but at the same time. One of the major highlights of the Niyukti job fest is that multiple companies come together giving students more chances to get placed. Companies from the pharmaceutical sector visit the campus for a role in the area. Last year the highest package was 7.5 LPA and this year it is above that.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, the college provides a comfortable and study-focused environment. The campus is clean, well-maintained, and has a disciplined atmosphere. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart boards which makes learning easier especially during long lectures. The labs are well-equipped with the necessary instruments and chemicals required for the Pharmacy practical so we get proper hands-on experience.
Faculty: According to my experience as a pharmacy student, the faculty at Lloyd is quite supportive and experienced. Most of the teachers are well - qualified and have strong knowledge of their subjects. What I personally like is that they don't just focus on completing the syllabus they actually try to make us understand the concepts. The curriculum is properly designed as per PCI guidelines and is relevant to what is required in the pharmaceutical field. There is a good balance between theory and practical learning. We regularly perform experiments in labs.

Lloyd (an NBA-accredited college ) is a good place to learn and grow.
Placements: The college is famous for organising 'The Niyukti Job Fest '. The students are well trained in Corporate Readiness Classes or the Personality classes, which are not unique to many colleges. Seeing big names like Cipla and Sun Pharma on Capmus is a big motivation rush.
Infrastructure: The entire day is divided into two halves. One half delves into theory. The second half involves the lab lessons. The lab is handled well by the faculty and the lab assistant. The lab gives you a future-ready experience if you really put in the effort to learn.
Faculty: Pharmacy, like any medical field, requires dedication. Sessional exams come at you fast, and your assignments are suddenly due. This is made bearable by the faculty who help you carry the burdens and lead you to the road of resilience. Many faculty members formerly worked in proper industries, and others are well-experienced to tell you what you need for the future.
Other: I chose pharmacy because I wanted a stable career in healthcare, but I didn't want the "always on " life of a doctor. The campus is green and has a very hill, professional vibe. It makes you feel that you have stepped up into the real world. It feels like a mini hub where everyone is actually working towards something.

LIMIT is PCI approved and NBA accredited, it has been very positive.
Placements: The college has an active placement cell. Niyukti Job Fest, held every year in April, is one of the most prominent campus placement launching pads for our college. The 75% attendance rule also helps maintain discipline and consistency in study.
Infrastructure: The campus has fully AC classes and a library, along with well-equipped labs that provide all the equipment. The presence of two canteens along with Nescafé and Café Coffee Day outlets adds to the comfort and relaxation during breaks. Food is amazing in the canteen with good hygiene.
Faculty: Faculty here is very supportive and knowledgeable. They focus on clearing concepts rather than just completing the syllabus. Semester exams depend on the preparation. The syllabus is covered on time, which is a major plus point. Faculty members are very helpful for study.
Other: My personal experience at LIMT has been very positive. It offers a good mix of academics and practical exposure.

College was good for pharmacy, having great laboratoriest and good opportunities for placement.
Placements: Placement in the pharmacy department is quite satisfactory. Students who are interested in working in the pharmaceutical industry get opportunities in different fields like marketing, manufacturing, and quality control. The placement cell is supportive and helps students prepare well before interviews. They conduct sessions on resume building and aptitude training.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is impressive and supports both academic and practical learning. Laboratories are well-equipped with advanced instruments like PCR, which are very important for pharmaceutical studies and research. Having access to such equipment helps students understand concepts more clearly and gain hands-on experience. Classrooms are digital. .
Faculty: The faculty members in the pharmacy department are one of the strongest points of the college. They are qualified, experienced, and always ready to help students. Teachers explain topics in a simple way and are approachable if students have doubts. The mentorship system is also very helpful. Each student is assigned a mentor who guides them not only in academics but also in personal and career-related matters. This creates a comfortable environment where students can openly share their thoughts.
