Yes, you will get seat in Communication Engineering with this rank. But, you can only get it in category 2 or 3. Check your email frequently before attending counselling.

Hi,The tuition fee per annum will be around INR. 1,85,000 and you need to pay additionally, if you require transport or hostel facilities. If your rank is good, then this will be the fee but if your rank is more, then you need to pay more based on categories of admission.
