For doing M.Tech in Software Engineering integrated, you need not write VITEEE. You just have to apply with your class 12th marks. Get an application form and attach your class 12th marks to it, and just submit it, both online and offline mode are available.

Both the institutes are quite good and have their acclaimed merits but if given a choice to choose definitely BITS, Pilani is a better option.

VITMEE is for getting admission into M.Tech programs. So, you need not apply for VITMEE, just fill the online application form which will be available in VIT official portal in the month of May.

Even if you haven't taken Maths in your 12th, you can apply for BBA. The selection procedure is based on 12th percentage, if you have a good score you can get a seat easily.

The minimum eligibility for getting into BCA is 60% in 12th. You are not eligible to apply for BCA.

Speaking about the admission procedure, there is no entrance exam. You just can enter with 12th marks where the minimum requirement differs each year.
If you are speaking about the subjects offered in B.Sc Multimedia and Animation, per semester there would be roughly around 6-7 subjects. There are two internal tests and one Final test.

In VIT placements for biotechnology are good and you can get placed easily if you're an average student too. But getting biotechnology group and sustaining in it is kind of difficult thing. I would suggest you to go with biomedical engineering which is easy to get and you have the same level of placement offers. One of my friend who is a current student in VIT is pursuing biomedical. He always had positive feedback reviews about the course.
