Date correction for VITEEE has been cc=closed on 28th February 2019. As far as I know, there won't be any more dates for correction in form. However, you can get a permission letter signed at the center for any updates. There is a provision for any updates there.

I would request you to check www.vit.ac.in to get detailed answers about all of your queries. VIT keeps on adding more and more courses and details about every course have been updated there.

VIT doesn't offer any scholarship based on VITEEE. If you are an education board topper, you might get a special scholarship but as far as I know, there's no other way to get a scholarship from VITEEE.

I believe that VIT-Vellore is better than Thapar University, but I see many people are with Thapar University, both provide quality education. But, VIT's placements are good they have tie ups mass recruiters. They have very well infrastructure and good student-faculty ratio. But, as you are expecting high salary, I think Thapar University give you better opportunity than VIT, because even VIT has high placements, their packages are low.

If you get CSE in VIT and work hard then you will get success. If you really want to pursue your engineering in top colleges like IITs, IIITs and NITs then you may consider a drop of one year for preparation. If you do not want to take a drop but still would like to be in those institutes. Then pursue your B.Tech from VIT or SRM and pursue your Masters in IIT. There are many options available.

There is no such cutoff for any branch. Your admission is purely based on the result and you just need to attend the counseling based on your rank for the branch.

Colleges in ranking order:
1. Thapar Institute, because of the experiential learning process of the college.
2. SRM-Chennai, because of the services they provide.
3. VIT, Vellore.

Slot booking for examination is very important. Without the slot booking, you won't be allowed to attempt the exams.
Hope it helps.
