B.Sc. in Agriculture has better recruitments in government departments. Fishery is also good but it is not better than Agriculture. The demand of Agriculture is in nearly every department like Banks, Public welfare, Forest departments etc.

Yes sure with this rank in JELET you will surely get any government college except Jadavpur University in West Bengal. So go for Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.

B.Sc Agriculture has better requirement in government sector than B.Sc in Forestry. Agriculture Officers in bank, in Irrigation department etc. are mostly B.Sc AG graduates.

Yes, you'll get government engineering college, but I am not sure, if you will get Kalyani Government Engineering College and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. Try for other government engineering college for sure.
