I don't know about how good is Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering but it's the fact that Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College doesn't provide B.Tech in EEE (electrical and electronic engineering). I found out that EEE is present in Dayananda Sagar. JGEC provides B.Tech in ECE (electronics and communication engineering) and EE (electrical engineering).

Sorry, but you can't get into Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College because Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College and other state government engineering colleges take admission via WBJEE rank and no other means.

Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.
