First-year students enrolled at Bachelor's and Master's degrees at TH Koln University can apply for Deutschlandstipendium. This scholarship is granted for two semesters at least. Students are required to submit an application before the deadline. A few documents required for this scholarship are CV, personally signed participation form, the latest transcripts, etc. The scholarship amount is EUR 300 per month.

Students are required to submit a completed application form to receive the End-of-Study scholarships at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. The LOR for this has to be directly send by the recommending person. Other documents (one pdf) that have to be sent are:
- CV
- Letter of motivation
- Proof of social / intercultural / voluntary commitment during studies (if applicable)
- Proof of health impairment (if available)
- the latest transcript of records
- Current enrollment certificate at Cologne University of Applied Sciences
- Proof of financing of studies
- Copy of the passport
- Copy of the residence permit
