As of now being a commerce student, you cannot get admission in B tech courses, however, in order to pursue engineering, all you need to do is to take up Diploma in Engineering. There are many universities which offer Diploma in engineering, after which you can get into lateral entry admission in B.Tech courses.

The requirement for the programme is graduation degree with minimum of 50 per cent marks in any discipline from a recognised university. A valid score in qualifying exams like CAT/CMAT or like exams. Online admission form should be filled before the due date attached with necessary documents. Shortlisted students will be called for group discussions and interview. Final merit will be decided on the basis of academic score, score of qualifying exam, group discussion and interview.

The Badruka College of Commerce and Arts provides different special B.Com courses. The General Bachelors in Commerce costs around INR 32,000 which is a 3 year course provided by the college and can be joined by appearing and actually passing the entrance exam held by the college.
