But, you can do it provided you justify the eligibility by clearing PCM at class 12 level from any recognised board in India.
It can even be any open board.
Once you get PCM 50% aggregate you can than pursue CPL course.

Eligibility
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with special aptitude in Vocal Music from a recognized board.
You need to directly apply to the college.

Yes, there is deduction of some percentage, 2%-3%, from the best four subjects. If you include 'Physical Education' in the BFS (Best Four Subjects). *This rule is applicable to all courses except for BA Physical Education (H). * This rule is applicable to DU colleges only.
