The eligibility criteria of BA (Hons.) Economics of LSR (University of Delhi) is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
2. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
3. The applicants must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying exam for admission to BA (Hons) in Economics.
So, Mathematics is mandatory here for BA (Hons.) Economics, Hence admission is not possible.

you can go for BHM whether you are a commerce or humanities or Science student. All students in any stream can go gor hospital or hotel management course.

No, you are not eligible to pursue Mathematics hons. course after 10+2 in Commerce stream. As to get admission in Maths hons course it is compulsory to have PCM as main paper in 10+2. So, you are not eligible to pursue Maths hons course.

Yes, you will get admission to Hansraj College without mathematics but there are some courses in which mathematics is mandatory like B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics, B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Physics. So you can not take admission in these courses.
