CS is strenuous and it will require a lot of hard work and dedication. You can do English Hons. and CS together, if you have determination to do both the courses simultaneously.

The company secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

Sanjay,
After +2, a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. The exam can be taken twice a year, in June and December. Candidates who pass the Foundation exam are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary-ship course.
