One can follow these steps to become a CS after 10+2:
1.Foundation Programme
2.Executive Programme
3.Professional Programme
In addition, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme.

CS takes care of company law their enforcement , compliance
CS acts as link between shareholders and board of directors
CS is placed at Board of the company as Compliance officer and The company secretary
Mainly a CS takes care of company law , the board and shareholders meetings
Filing of various documents and reports
Dispatch of shares dividends and many other things

If you planning to do LLB after graduation or after Company secretary that will be wise decision bcz than you able to give your best in study.Both the course need time to understand and perform in the same.
So suggestion from my side first you should complete cs first than plan for LLb or any other further education.
