Both the fields offers bright career opportunities but requires a lot of dedication and Hard work, so if you plan to pursue the two courses then this would require perfection in managing the two courses simultaneously. Galgotia University is not offering CS (Company secretary) course. GU is offering 3 years LL.B. (Hons) and 5 years Integrated LL.B. (Hons) courses LL.B. And CS courses. You can not do together in regular mode. However regular LL.B. Course with CS through Correspondence/ Distance mode can be do together.

If you are asking about the Company Secretary course, than CS course can be start with the following qualifications as :
1. After 12th : Candidates have to complete the following three courses as under. A) Foundation Programme
b) Executive Programme
c) Professional Programme
2. After Graduation : The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretary ship I. e. d) Executive Programme
e) Professional Programme
So from above LL.B. Is not necessary for doing the CS course.

It depends on your choice. If you want to take or choose commerce stream. So many more options are available there are many more college are open to take admissions. There are tons of careers and courses you can pursue with any subject combination, and if you are keen on any of these, you can remove mathematics from your subject choice list. Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, Psychology, Marketing/Advertising, Photography, Social Service, Hotel Management, Event Management, Law, Civil Services, and upcoming career options like Luxury Brand Management, Sports Management, Animation and Graphics, etc. Are a few options.

If Mathematics is you favorite subject, than B.A. BBA BMS and B.A. Economics can be the right options. The other options are the following.
1. Design courses (Fashion, Textile, Leather, Accessory, Product, Jewelry, Graphic, Animation, Furniture and Interior, Ceramic, Game, Transport etc. )
2. Integrated law courses B.Com LL.B. And B.A. LLB)
3. Company secretary.

Generally, the closing rank in KCET for RVCE:
Civil: 3354
CSE: 573
ECE: 798
EE: 622
ME: 584
From the above tables, we can suppose that KCET which see a number of applicants higher than that of COMEDK, but yet latter has a similar cut off as KCET but for less number of candidates. Although one can't exactly tell what should be your rank to be able to get a seat in RV college of engineering as the last year cutoffs can't exactly predict your chances as the cutoffs are based on so many factors so it isn't ever constant.
