After completing class 12th, you need to appear for various entrance examinations. I would suggest you to appear for IIT JEE Mains and Advanced. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT-JEE
Every state has its own share of good engineering colleges. So, don't underestimate

I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
This requires knowledge of computer networking. If you want to make your career only in IT field with some application development then select BCA. If you want some extra knowledge then go with B.Sc in computer science because it is a very big field. Computer science field is a combination of IT, mathematics (computing), statistics, hardware, graphics, electronics and many more fields.
BCA restricts you only to application development, database and web development, while with B.Sc, you can do some extra ordinary things.
