It's good to know that you are looking forward to a career in software engineering. At the moment, you need to work really hard to secure a good percentage in your 10th and 12th board examinations. 75+ would be a decent percentage.
You need to understand the basics of physics, chemistry, mathematics and computers. This will help to increase your board examination percentage. Yes, it will be helpful if you do your MS in Australia in the same line. You need to do your IELTS and score overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 for majority of the universities and at the least should have 65% or equivalent in your BE.
Your work experience will give you an edge, when you apply for work later, also do not choose an MS with less than 2 years duration as this will make you ineligible for PR later on.
All the best.
