Only candidates with a valid scores in JEE Main are called for the further process of counselling. During the IIITA 2022 placements, the highest package offered to an M.Tech student was INR 1.4 crore per annum as per the media reports. The highest package was offered by Google. NIRF has also ranked IIIT Allahabad at 93rd position under the Engineering category. However, both institutes are good options for M.Tech aspirants.

If you look at the cut-off of previous years, you will find that rank is less for the CSE branch as in the last few years people have ranked up to 800 in the general category and around 1719 ranked in the OBC category have been selected for admission but you must try once. ALL THE BEST!

During the IPU cutoff for 2023, the closing rank for the final round of admissions to the B.Tech. + M.Tech. programme in Computer Science Engineering was 17943. In the previous years, specifically in 2022 and 2021, the closing ranks for the last round were 15339 and 15515, respectively.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at JNU is a 4 years course offered at the UG level. To get admitted to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering course at JNU, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 75.0% in 12th. The total tuition fee for JNU B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is INR 500000. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one-time admission fee of - INR 6000, and a hostel fee of amount INR 1275 that students are required to pay. The course offers admission to 63 students.
