With the 32 percentile, there is no possibility to get into government colleges, as the cut-off for government colleges is very high for B.Tech. For government colleges, the cut-off generally starts with the 90+ percentile in JEE. The starting rank for admission to government engineering colleges is between 1000-10,000 depending on the reputation of the college.
Even with SC/ST/OBC quota the possibility is less. So, you may try to get admission to private colleges.

The college has released the branch-wise placement percentage on the official website. During 2022 placements, more than 80% of the CSE batch was placed in leading companies across different sectors. Additionally, of all the branches CSE recorded the highest placement percentage. The Accurate Group of Institutions placements are excellent as the highest package of INR 10 LPA was offered by Intellipaat to a BTech graduate. IGT solutions offered a package of INR 5.2 LPA to a polytechnic student. More than 50 students got participated in this course.

The eligibility for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is to have Physics,Maths as major compulsory subjects in class 12th. JEE Main scores are also mandatory for admission to B.Tech in CSE at Accurate Group of Institutions.

Admission to CSE courses offered at Rayat Bahra University is merit-based. To apply online, candidates are expected to check the official website of the college. Whereas, if the candidates want to apply offline, then they have to collect the application form from the campus by paying the application fee. Really good faculty and infrastructure. Placements: Around 75–80% of students get placed in my course. The highest package in VIT was 35 LPA last year; the average package was around 3.5–4 LPA; and the lowest was around 2 LPA. Internships are less common through the college.The highest package up until now is INR 10.2 LPA and the average package is around INR 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies for computer Science are IDFC, Carwale, Seclore, etc.
