No need to have good marks. Placements only depend on your skills and knowledge like you are a good programmer then only you will get hired. Suppose, you don't like programming, but you are perfect in networking or designing field, you will get a job easily. Thereafter, see if you meet their criteria for pursuing Ph.D. The minimum qualification required is PG or some national level exam such as GATE JRF etc. You must have obtained either a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grading in the M.Phil. Degree or a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grading in the Master's degree.

Computer Science honors is a good course, if you are a good programmer and pursue this from Delhi University you may get chance to work in Google companies too as software programmer. But, it will depend on your coding knowledge.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is a state level examination, conducted by Anna University for admissions to M.Tech/ MArch/ Plan/ ME/MBA and MCA in different colleges in Tamil Nadu. The exam is usually conducted in the month of June every year. For M.Sc, the eligibility is B.Sc.

If you have experience in any field, then it will not affect. You can easily pursue MCA.
