Pursuing MCA can be good option but industry treats MCA equivalent to B.Tech, so I would recommend you to start working or join as an intern in a good company and pursue MCA through correspondence as three years work experience with correspondence MCA will boost your career.

I think instead for going for a course, you should join a company and start working as only then you will be able to gain sound practical knowledge, pursuing a course after MCA won't help you much.

Your marks are very low, the only way to move ahead is to gain practical knowledge through various technical courses or join as an intern in a good company, learn things and then apply for jobs.

If you have opted biology as an additional subject and you have PCM as compulsory subjects then its fine but if you don't have physics, chemistry and maths as the compulsory subjects then you can't go for B.Sc IT.
