MBA IT is better career option for MCA graduates because they can easily work in Pre-Sales support ,sales & marketing or business analyst roles in ITES/IT industries. Operations specialization is more suitable for engineering graduates.

You should leave B.Tech if you are finding it difficult. You can not shift from one course to another if both the courses are different.

You can pursue AMIE or DOEACC certification courses. These are equivalent to B.Tech and MCA.

B.E. is more recommended as it provides more in-depth knowledge of computer networking and the way a computer and the networking system work. This serves as the foundation for CISCO certification courses. Comparatively, BCA doesn't provide the details to such an extent. That's one of the reasons why MCA is considered equivalent to BE and not BCA.

There is certified cisco, Microsoft, networking, Sap/Hana modules available. Today, the market is all about if you are prepared for the organization. Degree won't help you land a good career or placement, according to my experience. I have a degree in MBA/MCA and working for an IT company which also features courses and offers leading consultants and teachers from the world offering best training in the industry.

B.Com has way more scope than BCA, but at the end of the day knowledge matters as well.
