It depends on what have you done in Bachelors degree and what was your stream in school?
Assuming you go for MCA, you should not target CCNA as it is the most basic level of certification. You will not gain any price in the market. If you look for CCNP, then it is a real game in knowledge and job. You will get better job, work, and salary. CCIE is the top class certification among all.

Certainly, investment bankers have higher packages. Indian IT companies don't pay high to SAP consultants anymore. So, you may take it simultaneously, but don't take SAP as a full time thing.

If you wish to get into a course related to computers, then you can pursue BCA or B.Sc IT after completing class 12th. The minimum eligibility to get into these courses are class 12th with mathematics.
In case, you don't have mathematics, then you can get into certification courses and learn computer languages.
