MCA has nothing to do with banking at all. How come you do MCA when you want to get into banking? But its not too late, kindly go for MBA in banking, POs or any other specialized officer exams.

Lower ranked MCA colleges and open universities do not have facility of campus placement. Majority of fresher computer graduate hiring by Indian IT companies and MNC is through campus placement. It is difficult to get good job if you do not get selected in campus placement after or during MCA degree course.

If you do MCA from a prestigious college which is visited by top IT companies for campus placement in last 5 years then you have good chances to get a job else you may face challenges. It is difficult to get job directly as a fresher particularly for those who do MCA from lower ranked colleges with campus placement facility.
