To be eligible for BCA, you should have passed 10+2 from any stream with English as passing Subject with minimum 45% marks in aggregate. The answer to your question ain't really simple. IT is a really broad sector. There are still COBOL, PASCAL, C, ADA programmers because companies need them to work on their legacy systems and on the other side are programmers working on PHP, Knockout JS, Angular JS, Hadoop etc. So The answer is you should be good in any one language at least to survive nicely in IT Sector.
