Dear Prasad,
If you arenot interested in Engineering and still wanna pursue IT, you can go with Analytics field. There are number of courses for the same. You can pursue a BCA in IT/ CS and do the courses as well. So you will be able to pursue your career in IT but still get away from Engineering. Do let me know if you've more questions.

Dear Akshar, you must take both. Infact take TOEFL instead of IELTS if you plan to study in US. TOEFL OR IELTS are tests for English language proficiency. GRE on the other hand is the aptitude test testing your skills in reasoning, Mathematics and so on. Read more about the tests and understand the differences.
