Dear Mayank,
As a faculty I would suggest you B.Tech than BCA + MCA. B.Tech course is more focused on Engineering and BCA/ MCA is not so concentrated. B.Tech is of 4 years after 10+2. A BCA will take 3 years after 10+2 and then MCA would take 2 more years. So practically as well B.Tech seems like a better way.

If situation is getting adverse.i would suggest go for MCA but choose any one particular field, master it. example if you have intrest in programming then concentrate on programming only. Be or try to be an speciatialist of one field. As doctors acquire.
