Council of Education and Development Programmes admissions are mainly merit-based. Students wishing to enrol in any of the courses offered by the college need to simply meet the admission criteria set by the college to get a seat. For undergraduate courses, students need to pass Class 12. A Bachelor's degree is needed for PG admissions. The college, however, may conduct further selection rounds at its discretion.

The Council of Education and Development Programmes (CEDP) in Mumbai offers a B.Voc. in Automobile Engineering program. While the exact intake capacity isn't specified, it's likely limited to maintain quality education. Similar programs, like those offered by the Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC) and MCKV Institute of Engineering, typically have around 30 seats.
