It is always good to move ahead by upgrading yourself on the career path that you are interested in, but as you have mentioned that you have 10 years of work experience in banking operations & Planning. I would highly recommend you to go for 2 years full-time MBA in banking and finance at Symbiosis College of Banking and Finance. CMA is a good choice. But, you have to work hard because it is not that easy. If you do well in CMA, you can earn a good career than an MBA holder.
