GIBS Business School actively supports students in choosing and building the right career path through consistent guidance and strong industry connections. The college has a dedicated placement cell that works closely with students from the beginning of the program, not just during the final semester.
Students receive proper career counseling where their strengths, interests, and long-term goals are carefully understood. Based on this, mentors guide them toward suitable specializations and career options. The placement team also helps with resume preparation, interview practice, group discussion training, and overall confidence building

Honestly ya, they do guide personally. Like in my case, during internships & projects I was literally asking doubts every 2 days and they didn't make it weird. They actually sit and help you figure stuff instead of just saying “manage yourself.”
Even for future plans, some of us were talking about higher studies & switching domains, and faculty actually gave proper direction instead of those generic “all the best” types. Felt more like mentorship than just normal teaching.
So ya in GIBS you're not just left to survive on your own. They make sure you know what you're doing and where you're going.

This system allows regular interaction between faculty and you. One faculty member is assigned to a group of 1-6 students to address their academic and personal concerns. There is an Amity Student Counselling Services department where trained counsellors support students to overcome personal and professional challenges.
