From the last year reports,  

The highest package for B.Tech students at CT Group of Institutions stood at somewhere around INR 32.5 LPA in 2023.

The primary recruiter are Wipro, jindal, Vendant Steels, Flipkart etc

The following are the requirements for admission to the B.Tech programme at CT Group of Institutions:

The minimum score required for admission is 50% (45% for candidates from reserved categories) in Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the optional subjects taken together. Applicants must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Mathematics, and English as required subjects, and Computer, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any technical vocational subjects as optional. 
The four years that the B.Tech programme lasts are dedicated to full-time study.

The fees for undergraduate (UG) courses at CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar are as follows:

  • B.Sc: INR 36,556 (1st Year Fees)
  • B.Tech: INR 89,080 (1st Year Fees)
  • BBA: INR 45,700 (1st Year Fees)
  • BA: INR 18,855 (1st Year Fees)
  • B.Ed: INR 50,000 (1st Year Fees)
  • BCA: INR 45,700 (1st Year Fees)

No, Rayat Bahra University is more expensive than CT Group of Institutions. Eventhough the fee may differ for each course, it is considered to be cheaper than RBU. Both the institutions charge additional fees like admission fee, library fee, hostel fee, mess fee, and so on. Both universities offer various scholarships based on merit, need, and other criteria. Getting a scholarship is considered to be a hard task. There are even scholarships which pay around 100% of your total expenses incuding hostel and mess charges.

RBU generally holds a higher rank than CTGI in national and regional rankings like NIRF and Times Higher Education. Both universities offer good placements but Rayat Bahra University has offered a the highest package of 22 LPA whereas the CTGI claim to have an the highest package of 18 LPA. Faculties at CTGI are highly qualified but they don't teach practically. RBU has strong alumni connect which makes the students to gain knowledge from the previous student's experience.

According to the placement records at CT Group of Institutions, B.Tech courses like Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering are considered to be the top courses in undergraduate. Postgraduate courses like MBA in Entrepreneurship, MBA in Marketing are considered to be the top courses. BBA in Hospitality Management is one of the top courses developing in recent times at CTGI.

CT Group of Institutions is very good for MBA compared to other institutions. The institution has a better placement record than the other institutions. The institution focuses on the student's projects, case studied, industry interactions. Most of the faculty members are industry professionals who have years of experience in the industry. The institution has a lot of specialisations like  entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance which gives the students a variety of options to choose.

Branches like Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Information Technology are considered to be the top branches at CT Group of Institutions. These branches have shown better placement reports in the past few years, and it is capable of doing the same in the upcoming years.

B.Tech, B.Com The fee for programs such as these falls in 50,000 to 2,20,000 range per year. These include M.Tech, MBA and so-on that have a range of 60 thousand to 3.6 Lacs per year. Regional and national rankings such as NIRF and Times Higher Education typically place RBU higher than CTGI. While CTGI and RBU both provide good placements, RBU has a higher placement rate.Consider the value and scholarship opportunities at both schools when comparing CTGI's and RBU's overall costs. CTGI may be slightly less expensive. Though the faculty at both institutions is extremely skilled, RBU's approach to teaching prepares students for the workforce by using industry methods.
